Stained glass gel for nail extensions Glass gel №4 is a polymer light-curing material for strengthening and nail extensions. Thanks to the stained glass effect, the material allows you to create a transparent colored coating with depth and the effect of glass.

The color intensity can be changed depending on the layer thickness: in a thin layer it creates the effect of a transparent colored veil; in a thickness of up to 2 mm it has a more pronounced color, but retains a transparent glass effect.

Features:

• It has an average consistency, closer to liquid.
• Not sticky, easy to apply and spread with a brush.
• Self-levels well.
• Evenly distributed over the surface of the nail plate.
• Does not leak during operation.
• The light consistency reduces the risk of air bubbles during application.
• Suitable for strengthening the nail plate.
• Suitable for the "build-up without filing" technique.
• Suitable for extension on upper forms.
• It has cushioning and does not crack during impacts.
• It becomes thicker in the cold, and thinner in the heat.
• You can heat it up further to make the consistency more liquid.
• Does not cause severe burning in the lamp.

Importantly:

• Definitely needs a Rubber Base backing.
• The thickness of the free edge must be at least 1 mm.
• Preliminary fixation with a flashlight - 10–15 seconds depending on the power.
• The recommended wavelength for polymerization is 365–405 nm.
• The recommended power of the UV/LED lamp is 36–48 W.
• The maximum material thickness in one polymerization stage is up to 2 mm.
• Full polymerization - 120 seconds.
• If the material thickness is greater than 3 mm, we recommend working in two stages with intermediate polymerization.

Application method

STRENGTHENING

1. We remove the previous coating.
2. We do not file the nail shape or leave it up to 2 mm long, which we will remove after leveling.
3. Use a 220-grit file to file the nail without applying too much pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buff.
4. Let's do a manicure.
5. If we work with removers, we wash our hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep LUNAmoon in two approaches. Use 4 wipes: 1 wipe for 5 fingers. First approach: wipe the surface of the nail. Second approach: place the wipe on an orange stick and thoroughly wipe the cuticle and sinus area.
7. Primer is optional. If the substrate base is sufficiently acidic, primer is not needed.
8. The Rubber Base LUNAmoon is best applied with a flat gel brush using rubbing movements. We paint all the sinuses of the nail and dry in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. Remove the sticky layer.
10. We level the Glass Gel, leaving a 0.5–1 mm gap from the cuticle. Dry in the lamp for 120 seconds.
11. After leveling, file the shape. This is necessary so that a thickness forms on the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to file 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. This will avoid peeling of the material. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself may begin to separate from the hard material from the free edge.
13. After sawing, remove the sticky layer and remove the dust.
14. If necessary, cover with gel polish.
15. Cover with a top coat without a sticky layer. Dry for 120 seconds. After drying, do not wipe to avoid losing shine.

CLASSIC EXTENSION

1. We remove the previous coating.
2. We shorten the length of the nail to 1 mm and give it a round shape.
3. Use a 220-grit file to file the nail without applying too much pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buff.
4. Let's do a manicure.
5. If we work with removers, we wash our hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep LUNAmoon in two approaches. Use 4 wipes: 1 wipe for 5 fingers. First approach: wipe the surface of the nail. Second approach: place the wipe on an orange stick and thoroughly wipe the cuticle and sinus area.
7. We use LUNAmoon primer.

9. Remove the sticky layer.
10. We set the form for building the free edge of the nail.
11. We spread the shape of the artificial nail Glass Gel. Pre-fix in the lamp for 30 seconds.
12. File the free edge and give the nail the desired shape.
13. Remove the sticky layer and remove the dust.
14. Reapply Rubber Base LUNAmoon to the areas where the file was used. Dry for 60 seconds.
15. We level the Glass Gel, place it in the lamp and clamp it for 10–15 seconds. If the material has a stronger stickiness, clamp it for 20 seconds.
16. Dry in the lamp for 120 seconds.
17. Remove the sticky layer before applying gel polish.
18. If necessary, cover with gel polish.
19. Cover with a top coat without a sticky layer. Dry for 120 seconds. After drying, do not wipe to avoid losing shine.

Ingredients INCI: Acrylates Copolymer, HEMA, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate. May contain: CI 77499, CI 77891, CI 15850, CI 19140, CI 77510.
