Opal Base №2 camouflage base

Opal Base is a camouflage base for covering and smoothing nails.

Features:

• Weakly acidic 5-6 pH.
• Elastic and flexible.
• Provides a high level of coverage of the natural nail due to high pigmentation.
• May cause minimal shrinkage during wear due to its elasticity.
• The consistency is medium.
• Provides 3-4 weeks of wear without peeling.
• Has a neutral odor.
• Hypoallergenic.
• It is easily removed by both sawing and liquid.
• It does not flow and is self-leveling very quickly.
• Requires a rubber base LUNAmoon backing.
• Not suitable for straightening long nails without prior strengthening.
• Drying time in the lamp is 120 seconds.
• The power of the drying lamp is 36-48 W (it should only be an original lamp).
• The basic rule when leveling: the thickness at the edge of the nail should be 0.5 mm.
• Thixotropic - becomes thinner if you move the brush while working.

Application method:

1. Withdrawal.
2. We do not file the nail shape. Or we leave 2 mm in length, which we will remove after leveling.
3. With a 220-grit file, file the nail from above, without applying strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buff.
4. Manicure.
5. If you work with removers, you need to wash your hands with soap and water after using them.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep . Do two approaches. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the surface of the nail. Second approach: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and in the sinuses.
7. We use a primer if desired, but if the base for the substrate has sufficient acidity, then a primer is not needed.
8. For the base coat, use Rubber Base or Fix Base LUNAmoon. Apply a thin layer, rubbing the material into the nail plate with a flat brush. Pay special attention to the cuticle area and sinuses to avoid peeling. Dry for 60 seconds.
9. We recommend not removing the tackiness from the base coat, as it helps chemically bond with subsequent layers of coating (gel, color, base coat). Removing the tacky layer weakens the chemical adhesion and there is a risk of peeling.
10. Leveling with Opal Base LUNAmoon. Cure in the lamp for 90 seconds.
11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create a thickness at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. After sawdust, we wipe off the stickiness.
13. Apply top coat and dry for 120 seconds. Do not wipe with anything after drying, as this may cause the shine to fade.
