Acid Free Base for gel polish

ACID FREE BASE is a flexible, transparent acid-free nail base designed to smooth and create a perfect finish. The acid-free formula makes it safe even for sensitive or damaged nails, as well as for clients with increased sensitivity to traditional materials.

Application method:

1. Withdrawal.
2. We do not file the nail shape or leave it 2 mm long, which we will remove after leveling.
3. Use a 220-grit file to file the nail without applying strong pressure from above, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100-grit buff.
4. Let's do a manicure.
5. If we work with removers, we wash our hands with soap after working with them.
6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep LUNAmoon. Do two approaches. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First approach: wipe the surface of the nail. Second approach: take an orange stick, put a wipe on it and wipe everything in the cuticle area and in the sinuses.
7. Apply Ultrabond LUNAmoon (optional). Before applying, it is important to wipe the brush on a lint-free cloth to remove excess material. With a semi-dry brush, apply Ultrabond LUNAmoon to 5 fingers. Wait 1 minute for Ultrabond LUNAmoon to be absorbed into the nail plate.
8. The Acid Free Base LUNAmoon base coat is best applied with a flat gel brush. The movements should be rubbing. We draw all the sinuses of the nail and dry in the lamp for 60 seconds.
9. We recommend not removing the tackiness from the base coat, as it helps chemically bond with subsequent layers of coating (gel, color, base coat). Removing the tacky layer weakens the chemical adhesion and there is a risk of peeling.
10. Level with LUNAmoon Acid Free Base. Cure in the lamp for 90 seconds.
11. File the shape after it has been smoothed out. This is necessary so that a thickness forms on the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
12. If the nail was thin, it may curl, so be sure to cut 1 mm of the natural nail from the inside. In this case, there will be no peeling of the material. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail itself will begin to separate from the hard material from the free edge.
13. After filing, we erase the stickiness and cover with a thin layer of gel polish or camouflage base.
14. Cover with top coat. Dry for 120 seconds. After drying, do not wipe with anything, as the shine may be lost.
